The position ensures high system availability, security, and scalability while supporting digital transformation (DX) and AI initiatives.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Infrastructure & Cloud Management Design, implement, and manage Hybrid Cloud environments (on-premise, private, and public cloud) to support business needs. Oversee servers, storage, and virtualization systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.</li> <li>Manufacturing & Business Operations Support Manage IT/OT infrastructure in manufacturing plants to ensure zero downtime. Support business systems such as POS and warehouse management.</li> <li>Digital Transformation & AI Enablement Provide infrastructure and computing capabilities for DX and AI/ML projects. Integrate modern technologies to accelerate digital initiatives.</li> <li>Project Management Lead IT infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.</li> <li>Operations & Service Management Oversee daily IT operations, including incident, problem, and change management. Monitor system health and manage IT asset lifecycle.</li> <li>Cybersecurity & Compliance Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies. Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).</li> <li>Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage external vendors and act as a technical advisor to internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Team Leadership Lead, develop, and upskill IT infrastructure teams.
