And it starts with our passion for innovation.</p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p>To support tire testing activities and the evaluation of tire performance by ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and readiness of testing facilities, equipment, and test vehicles.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform maintenance of testing equipment and calibrate measuring instruments according to the testing and maintenance plan.</li> <li>Provide testing support services, including inspection, maintenance, and verification of testing equipment such as vehicles, general tools, measuring instruments, and machinery.</li> <li>Coordinate and follow up with external service providers regarding the maintenance, procurement, rental, or installation of testing equipment.</li> <li>Evaluate and inspect test tracks and facilities for various performance aspects, including wear conditions, service life, High-Speed U/F testing, and other types of damage.</li> <li>Receive, inspect, and organize test tracks, equipment, tools, wheels, test vehicles, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and proper order.</li> <li>Continuously develop professional and technical competencies through training programs, self-learning, and reviewing publications related to the automotive industry.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the utilization of test tracks for both internal and external company activities.</li> <li>Enhance job-related knowledge in areas such as automobiles, tires, and specialized testing equipment.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality management systems (ISO) and other management systems.</li> <li>Study and apply new technologies and innovative practices to improve work efficiency.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>High Vocational Certificate (Automotive Technology or related field)</li> <li>Hold a valid driving license for passenger cars.</li> <li>Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.</li> <li>Basic English communication skills.</li> <li>Good physical condition and able to work in an outdoor testing</li> </ul></div></div></div><p>Understanding that Serving Society with Superior Quality is our heritage and our mission, and embracing our responsibility to future generations as a global leader in our industries, Bridgestone and its teammates around the world employ innovation and technology to improve the way people move, live, work and play.</p>
