And it starts with our passion for innovation.</p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p>Responsible for delivering training on tire knowledge, manufacturing processes, technology, proper tire maintenance, and correct usage to relevant stakeholders in alignment with company policies and the established training plan.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare training plans that align with the objectives and clearly meet the defined training goals.</li> <li>Develop training curricula covering basic, intermediate, and advanced tire knowledge in<br>accordance with company policies and current technologies.</li> <li>Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure training programs are conducted as planned.</li> <li>Prepare appropriate training equipment and materials for each session, such as tires, tools,<br>vehicles, training media, and related items.</li> <li>Arrange and coordinate logistical support for training sessions, including food, beverages,<br>transportation, tires, and other necessary items.</li> <li>Establish evaluation and assessment systems for both trainees and trainers.</li> <li>Prepare training reports for supervisors and related parties.</li> <li>Prepare monthly and annual reports for submission to supervisor.</li> <li>Continuously develop knowledge and improve training curricula and plans to ensure they remain<br>up-to-date and aligned with company policies and current technologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sub Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare certificates for training participants.</li> <li>Continuously study automotive and tire technologies, including those of competitors.</li> <li>Consistently enhance personal driving proficiency.</li> <li>Improve training methods to make sessions engage and keep training materials and media up to<br>date.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree of Science or Engineer or related.</li> <li>At least 10 years of working experience at the management level</li> <li>Have strong knowledge in tire training, automobiles technologies, and tire production will be advantage. </li> <li>Be able to communicate in English.</li> <li>Flexible with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent skill in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)</li> <li>Have basic knowledge regarding ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Local contract terms only</H2> </div><div></div></div></div><p>Understanding that Serving Society with Superior Quality is our heritage and our mission, and embracing our responsibility to future generations as a global leader in our industries, Bridgestone and its teammates around the world employ innovation and technology to improve the way people move, live, work and play.</p>
