<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying works for major residential / commercial / hotel projects / assets enhancement projects</li> <li>Responsible for managing and supervising the performance of works carried out by consultant quantity surveying firms</li> <li>Assist Quantity Surveying Manager <strong>/ General Manager - Contract</strong> on detailed implementation, monitoring and supervision of critical aspects as may be assigned to him/ her from time to time to achieve the common goals.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>MHKIS with a degree in quantity surveying or construction economics</li> <li>5 - 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience; prior developer-side experience is an advantage.</li> <li>Proven track record in handling large-scale residential, commercial, hotel, and/or asset enhancement projects.</li> <li>Strong cost awareness with hands-on experience in cost estimating for feasibility studies.</li> <li>Proactive, self-motivated, and conscientious.</li> <li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.</li> <li>Proficient in PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
