<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>Assistant Manager - Sales assists General Manager – Sales to coordinate all sales related activities and compliance practice for property sales arrangements and documentation in accordance with Cap. 621 Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Assist the Sales Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing sales launches for new projects to support the achievement of sales targets.</li> <li>Coordinate with the Project Department and external consultants on the design and construction of show flats and sales galleries.</li> <li>Handle daily sales administration duties and oversee sales office logistics.</li> <li>Prepare, review, and maintain sales documents and sales plans in compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and pre-sale application requirements.</li> <li>Assist in managing compliance matters related to property sales, including the review of all sales and marketing materials in accordance with statutory requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with the ITS team to develop, enhance, and maintain the sales and CRM systems to optimize sales operations and logistics.</li> <li>Perform any other duties as assigned by management.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in BA, surveying, marketing, or related discipline</li> <li>5-7 years’ experience preferably in marketing & sales of residential properties in property developers</li> <li>Knowledge in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance</li> <li>Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English and Chinese</li> <li>Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and powerpoint is a must. Skills of Microsoft Power BI will be a merit.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
