<p><strong>Duty Manager</strong></p> <p></p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p></p> <p>We are looking for a great leader, team player and someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Duty Manager at Four Square Omarama</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Your day to day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensuring all departments maintain appropriate store display standards</li> <li>Providing high quality customer service to our valued customers</li> <li>Maintaining stock levels across the store</li> <li>Undertaking necessary administrative functions of the role</li> <li>Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Managing the store as and when required</li> <li>Maintaining the requirements set out by our liquor and lotto licences</li> <li>Ability to oversee staff duties as and when required</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Hours</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Full-time (minimum 30 hours) with specific hours to be discussed at the interview stage.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>A Duty Manager Certificate is required or 6 months experience in the sale and supply of alcohol</li> <li>Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment</li> <li>Strong organisational and leadership skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and a friendly smile</li> <li>A strong work ethic and the ability to cope well under pressure</li> <li>Problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>About us</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Four Square is an iconic Kiwi brand, providing for customers since 1924!</p> <p></p> <p>With more than 230 stores across the country, we can keep our customers stocked up with a range of groceries, locally sourced products, fresh produce, meat, chilled beer and wines, and a friendly smile!</p> <p></p> <p><strong>What we offer</strong></p> <p></p> <p>We’re committed to caring for our people and are proud of the positive and friendly culture.
