<div> <h3><strong>About Us</strong></h3> <p>JBS Australia is Australia’s largest and most respected meat and food processing company, with operations across multiple sites and a strong commitment to quality, innovation and people.</p> <p>An exciting opportunity now exists to join our <strong>Group People & Culture team</strong>, supporting a key workforce transformation initiative focused on time and attendance.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>Reporting to the Program Lead – Roster, Time and Attendance, this role is critical to the successful delivery of a business-wide <strong>Time & Attendance project (UKG Workforce Pro)</strong>.</p> <p>You will lead the <strong>gathering, validation and documentation of business requirements</strong> across multiple sites, helping to improve how workforce capacity is managed, tracked and optimised.</p> <p>Working closely with operational and corporate stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to streamline rostering and timekeeping processes, drive cost efficiencies and ensure compliance with Australian labour laws and company policies.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Gather, validate and document business requirements for rostering and time & attendance processes</li> <li>Analyse workforce data including labour costs, budgets, forecasts and productivity outcomes</li> <li>Map current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders across sites and functions to review practices and drive efficiencies</li> <li>Translate business needs into solution options and provide actionable recommendations</li> <li>Identify risks, issues and business impacts of proposed solutions</li> <li>Develop functional specifications and support implementation activities</li> <li>Track cost-saving opportunities and optimise workforce planning outcomes</li> <li>Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences</li> <li>Deliver reporting and insights to stakeholders ranging from frontline leaders to executives</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years’ Business Analyst experience, ideally within large or multi-site environments</li> <li>Strong experience with rostering and time & attendance systems (UKG highly desirable)</li> <li>Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and workforce compliance</li> <li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills</li> <li>Proven experience in process mapping, data analysis and requirements documentation</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced project environment</li> <li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities</li> <li>Experience producing detailed documentation including process flows, data diagrams and testing scripts</li> <li>Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues</li> <li>Energetic, proactive and outcomes-driven approach</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Why Join JBS?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Be part of a large-scale, business-critical workforce transformation project</li> <li>Work within a collaborative and forward-thinking People & Culture team</li> <li>Access retail discounts with national partners</li> <li>Discounted health insurance with Bupa and Medibank Private</li> <li>Opportunity to influence meaningful improvements across a national business</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Apply Now</strong></h3> <p>If you’re a motivated Business Analyst with strong rostering and workforce management experience, we’d love to hear from you.</p> </div>
