We're looking for reliable and motivated Hygiene Operatives to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene across our production facility. Whether you have experience in industrial cleaning, food manufacturing, sanitation, or similar environments, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing • Cleaning and sanitising production equipment and machinery • Cleaning tools, tubs, bins, trolleys, and production areas • Conducting pre-operational hygiene inspections • Handling and preparing cleaning chemicals safely • Completing cleaning and sanitation records • Reporting maintenance or hygiene concerns • Following food safety, GMP, and site hygiene standards • Working closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams What We're Looking For • Experience in cleaning, sanitation, manufacturing, food processing, or similar environments preferred • Strong attention to detail • Reliable and safety-focused attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to learn and follow procedures • Comfortable working around raw meat products, including pork • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical • Full Australian working rights Why Join Primo? • Permanent Full-Time employment • Monday to Friday roster • On-the-job training and development • Career progression opportunities • Discounted Primo products • Uniforms, waterproof PPE, and safety equipment provided • Supportive team environment • Opportunities within Primo Foods and JBS Australia Ready to join us?
