<p>Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments?</p> <p> </p> <p>At Primo, we’re looking for driven Production Supervisors to lead daily operations, champion safety and quality, and inspire high-performing teams.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a well-established FMCG business where your impact will be visible every day.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure all production activities comply with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and hygiene standards</li> <li>Enforce dress standards and oversee GMP/start-up checklist completion</li> <li>Review and sign off on HACCP and QCP documentation, ensuring product quality and compliance</li> <li>Monitor Critical and Quality Control Points and guide corrective actions</li> <li>Conduct RTW interviews and collaborate with the RTW Coordinator</li> <li>Drive WHS compliance and implement audit outcomes</li> <li>Optimise labour allocation to maximise productivity and control costs</li> <li>Complete regular floor walks to reinforce standards and address issues in real time</li> <li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate CI reporting</li> <li>Manage weekly stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory reporting</li> <li>Monitor yield performance and implement improvement actions</li> <li>Analyse product giveaway and drive corrective action plans</li> <li>Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to resolve equipment issues</li> <li>Ensure equipment is maintained, stored safely, and operationally ready</li> <li>Maintain housekeeping standards aligned with 5S principles</li> <li>Ensure audit-ready conditions through strong operational discipline</li> <li>Communicate KPIs and performance expectations clearly to the team</li> <li>Train, mentor, and develop team members, building future leaders</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing</li> <li>Strong knowledge of GMP, WHS, HACCP, and quality systems</li> <li>Proven ability to lead teams and influence across multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience using production data and reporting tools</li> <li>Resilient, adaptable, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Join Primo</strong></p> <p>At Primo, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and connected.
