About the Role Our Townsville Plant currently has an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team. Reporting to the Plant Engineer, the Maintenance Electrician will provide skilled support across the plant to ensure the availability, reliability and capability of plant assets in a beef processing environment. Your key responsibilities will include: <ul> <li style="color:black">Ensuring the availability, reliability and capability of the plant assets</li> <li style="color:black">Monitoring, following up and addressing issues associated with the implementation and progress of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks</li> <li style="color:black">Ensuring the continuous improvement of plant equipment and systems</li> <li style="color:black">Communicating with management in relation to equipment and maintenance issues</li> <li style="color:black">Understanding and implementing quality control techniques</li> <li style="color:black">Undertaking a proactive approach in the implementation of preventative maintenance</li> <li style="color:black">Being actively involved with inspections of equipment undergoing rebuild or repair</li> </ul> A $5,000 sign-on bonus will be offered to successful candidates (conditions apply).
