Reporting to the GM HR – Northern, and working closely with the Group P&C Team, the L&D Manager will focus on providing competency development, delivery and implementation of training content that will enhance the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of the Northern workforce. The L&D Manager will ensure that engaging learning responsibilities are leveraged using a range of delivery methods and learning solutions to develop our Northern teams.
