<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><u style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Job Purpose</strong></u></p> <p>Lead technicians and monitor outsourced contractors and be responsible for the operation, maintenance and providing Technical Services for the Building and associated systems</p> <p> </p> <p><u style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p> <p>• Carry out day to day operation including regular check and inspection, repair / maintenance, perform preventive and emergency breakdown maintenance work, renovation and system upgrading and others as directed by his/her supervisor.<br>• Assist in supervising technicians and outsourced contractors for delivery operation, maintenance and Technical Services works.<br>• Work closely with building management office and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, marketing and company activities.<br>• Handle tenants complaints, requests and enquiries as delegated by the Supervisor and to carry out necessary repair/maintenance works. Continuously strengthen relations with tenants.<br>• Attend and handle emergency services for system breakdown and emergency handling.<br>• At all times comply with statutory requirements on safety working procedures/measures and any other relevant regulations and ensure proper execution of emergency procedures established by the Company.<br>• Make suggestion to superior to improve work processes or system performance.<br>• Ensure that the works delivered and the works by contractors under his/her supervision are inline with statutory requirements and company quality standards. </p> <p> </p></div></div></div>
