<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><p><u style="text-decoration:underline"><b>Job Purpose</b></u></p> <p>To provide high standard customer service to the shoppers in Hysan’s shopping mall and create an enjoyable shopping experience for the shoppers.</p> <p> </p> <p><u style="text-decoration:underline"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for providing high standard concierge service to our tenants and customers in our shopping mall.</li> <li>Handle customers' enquiries & requests, support marketing / promotional activities and the daily operations of our property management services.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><u>Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Diploma holder with at least 1 year's customer service experience focusing in frontline customer interaction, hotel or shopping mall concierge experience</li> <li>Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable</li> <li>Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills</li> <li>Good in spoken and written English and Chinese. Competent in spoken Putonghua.</li> <li>Good in PC skills</li> <li><b>Willing to work on shift (5 days/week)</b></li> <li><b>Entitled to PH (17 days/year)</b></li> <li>Work location: <b>Causeway Bay</b></li> <li><b>Fresh Graduate will also be considered</b></li> </ul> </div></div></div>
