<p><strong>General Description</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Support the Payroll Department with day-to-day employee inquires and participate in initiatives and assigned projects in a fast-paced environment. </p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business areas & centralized units in payroll processes.</li> <li>Identify, analyze, and correct employee time management issues related to attendance and absences.</li> <li>Participate in employee workshops & talks to provide guidance related to payroll and time management issues.<br> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><br>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>Education</strong></p> <p><br>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance.</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p><br>One (1) year of experience in Human Resources areas such as: Payroll, preferable or one (1) year of experience or knowledge in accounting/finance processes.</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>Other Qualifications</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Proficient in math.</li> <li>Interpersonal and teamwork skills, customer service, negotiation to reach agreements and collaboration.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be flexible to changes.</li> <li>Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.</li> <li>Ability to analyze and verify the integrity of data.</li> <li>Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both oral and written.</li> <li>Intermediate or advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office 365 Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.</li> <li>Knowledge in the use of SAP/ERP, preferable.</li> </ul> <p> </p><p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Important: </strong>The candidate must provide evidence of academic preparation or courses related to the job posting, if necessary.</p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Our hybrid work model benefit applies to certain positions and is subject to changes based on the organizational needs.</span></p> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
