both indoor and outdoor.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• Monitor and properly utilize security software and equipment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• Generate daily incident reports.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• Utilization of tactical training to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">This work requires vigilance and efficiency, as well as strong customer service skills and compassion, as you will be working with individuals in vulnerable situations. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements for CBSA Tactical Security Guard</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• A valid Ontario security guard license </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• A valid and current First Aid/CPR Level C certificate from a WSIB-recognized training provider </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• <span>This position requires Canadian citizenship or permanent residency due to contractual obligations with our client.</span> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• Minimum high school diploma from a recognized education provider </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• This position requires passing a Public Works Clearance and a Vulnerable Sector Check </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• Available to work flexible hours, in a full-time or part-time capacity.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• 1 year of experience working in the vulnerable sector with Use of Force training </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• 1 year of tactical security experience with Use of Force training </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• Ability to demonstrate leadership capabilities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• Experience working in a high-stress environment with quick responsiveness to emergency situations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality, security, and safety </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">Not the right fit?
