take appropriate action to stabilize situations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">De-escalate conflicts professionally and maintain order while upholding property rules and by-laws.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders during serious incidents.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communicate clearly via radio and in person with clients, visitors, and team members.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Document incidents, observations, and actions taken through accurate reports and logs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform proactive patrols and lock/unlock routines to maintain safety and security</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications for Health Centre Security Guard</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">MB Security Guard licence (or eligible) and legal right to work in Canada.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Security/protective services or high-volume customer service in an asset</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Access control & ID verification; clear radio communication.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong situational awareness; rapid response to alarms/codes; confident de-escalation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Solid report writing (incident/DAR/maintenance); basic alarm/access-control proficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fit for patrols (standing/walking/stairs);
