This person will work closely with multiple departments to ensure that customer requirements are met, on time and in full.</span></p> <p style="margin:14.0pt 0.0in 12.0pt;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Key responsibilities include: </span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Plan & execute production capacity of subcontracted finished goods, daily process which requires close contact with Supply Planning as well as some internal BC manufacturing locations.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Plan and replenish all materials to ensure the plan can be executed, by location. Daily task that requires SAP experience as well as the ability to reach out and work with our local BC scheduling Logistics sites.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Coordinate subcontracting activities with internal departments, local demand and central planning, sales/customer service, sourcing, pricing, quality, marketing and logistics. Mostly on a weekly bases as plans are handed down from Supply Planning to the individual Co Mans.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Build and maintain relationships with co-manufacturers. Weekly process through conference calls reviewing production and future capabilities and special projects.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Communicate internally any shortages, delays or issues, this is done daily mainly with the Co man team.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Proactively work with local planners to offset capacity issues at BC plants by providing subcontracting options. Weekly calls to walk through the plan as well as discuss short term bottlenecks and issues.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Work closely with subcontracting manager on product launches, changes and new developing projects for external production.
