The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.</span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Role Purpose</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The Total Productive Maintenance Manager is responsible for sustaining and expanding Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the OCS Division. They will serve as a Leader, Strategist, Change Agent and Coach to train site leadership teams on effective deployment of key TPM strategies and processes aligned with Corporate and Divisional strategies. He or she will drive a learning culture that embraces standardization, digital transformation, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous improvement. He or she will also develop and coach leaders to lead sites using defined tools and methods to achieve results. The TPM Manager will also be responsible for maintaining all documentation in a repository to ensure a standardized methodology and system is being deployed across an organization.
