The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Role Purpose</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The Senior Network Security Engineer will work on various aspects of network security, including proxy and firewall installation, policy creation, and operational maintenance. The engineer is responsible for assessing network security requirements, and developing the implementation plans for new solutions to secure the enterprise network from security threats and unauthorized access, through the competent assessment, monitoring, and management of network security appliances and applications.
