style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">As a Process Controls Engineer (NPI) –, you are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for semi-automated to full automated assembly equipment used in co-packaged optics (CPO) assembly.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">This role is embedded in the Technology and New Product Introduction (NPI) environment (R&D, focusing on prototype setups, pilot lines, and early-stage manufacturing systems where processes are still evolving and engineering, and prototype machine/setup execution, ensuring that assembly, alignment, and test processes are translated into flexible, robust, and scalable solutions.</span></p> <p><span
