The role contributes to continuous manufacturing optimization and supports reliable mass production.</span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analyze optical manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities in yield, quality, and efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Troubleshoot production issues related to materials, process parameters, or equipment and implement corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct root cause analysis using statistical tools such as DOE, SPC, and data analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and optimize process parameters to ensure process stability and repeatability.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with production, quality, and equipment teams to resolve manufacturing issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support documentation of process specifications, work instructions, and process changes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with cost reduction and operational excellence goals</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Required</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or <span style="color:black">Engineering </span>related fields.</li> <li><span>Experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in optical, electronics, or precision manufacturing industries.</span></li> <li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical analysis.</span></li> <li><span>Experience using DOE, SPC, or similar process optimization tools.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing or process issues.</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in English and Mandarin.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Desired</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Valuable addition: experience in optical communication products or fiber optic components.
