<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Role Purpose</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Support sales team to achieve business target.</li> <li>Process customers' orders in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.</li> <li>Satisfy customers to develop business in Taiwan.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Collaborate sales team and internal departments to achieve business target and meet customer requests.</li> <li>Sales order implementation and management, ERP system operation.</li> <li>Closely track shipment status and coordinate with related departments to achieve on time delivery.</li> <li>Respond to customer’s inquiry; coordinate with related departments to handle customer feedback and claims for customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Support sales data and report on a regular basis.</li> <li>Ensure ‘Order to Cash’ process clean, in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Required</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor degree and above is required.</li> <li>2-3 years above working experience in customer service, international trading or logistics related fields is preferred.</li> <li>Customer oriented and commercial understanding.</li> <li>Good interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork player.</li> <li>Fluent in reading and written English, workable oral English.</li> <li>Good knowledge on computer and Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Master of import & export knowledge is a bonus.</li> <li> </li> </ul></div></div></div>
