Develop direct connections and relationships with ODM executive level leaderships (i.e. Quanta, Foxconn, Wiwynn/Wistron, etc.)</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ol> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Sales Strategy & Execution</strong></li> </ol> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for the ODM segments.</li> <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customers, markets, and product applications.</li> <li>Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product management, marketing, and operations) to align sales efforts with business objectives.</li> </ul> <ol start="2"> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Customer Relationship Management</strong></li> </ol> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key ODM executive level leadership team</li> <li>Understand customer needs, business models, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.</li> <li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.</li> <li>Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.</li> </ul> <p><strong> 3. Market Analysis & Insights</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.</li> <li>Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market dynamics and sales performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with the product management team to influence product roadmaps based on customer and market needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong> 4. Revenue & Performance Management</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the ODM segments.</li> <li>Track and report on sales performance, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Optimize resource allocation to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong> 5. Collaboration & Communication</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote the brand and build relationships.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Required</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the ODM sectors.</li> <li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the ODM and OEM business models, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Acceptable of high frequency business trip</li> <li>Good teamwork and coordinate skill; drive internal support.</li> <li>Good interpersonal communication skill</li> <li>Good presentation skill</li> <li>Good problem-solving skill.</li> <li>Initiative and eager to learn.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
