Scope of Position: The Senior Optical Validation Engineer is responsible for developing and driving product- and system-level validation strategies for passive optical components and assemblies within the Optical Components and Integration team. The role focuses on ensuring that validation methods, data, and conclusions provide robust evidence of product performance, maturity, and readiness for application-relevant use conditions. This position combines validation strategy definition, experimental execution, and data-driven decision-making, with responsibility for establishing validation methodologies and acting as a technical reference for product and system validation across development programs.
