The intern will also assist with Windchill-related support activities and gain hands-on experience in application development, testing, and implementation.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support the development of custom applications in Windchill Navigate.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist in application design, testing, and implementation activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Help resolve Windchill-related issues, including procedure issues and ECN issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support library cleanup and maintenance activities within Windchill.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Provide support to end users by helping troubleshoot issues and responding to questions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Collaborate with the team on development process activities and system improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist in documenting changes, support activities, and project progress.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Required Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Systems or IT.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Basic knowledge of programming, SQL, and systems analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Interest in application development and end-user support.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to identify root causes of issues in a structured way.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Desired Skills</span></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Interest in PTC Navigate and custom application development.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to support design, testing, and implementation activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Good communication skills for end-user support.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Attention to detail and willingness to learn system processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple activities.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p>
