The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.</span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Role Purpose</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The Digital & Information Technology Rotational Development Program (DITRDP) is a two-year, immersive opportunity designed to empower participants to break through limitations and expectations—helping to push Corning, and the world, forward. This program builds technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and provides a robust foundation for impactful careers in IT and digital transformation. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Participants experience four dynamic 6-month rotations, gaining hands-on exposure across diverse areas such as business operations, manufacturing systems, digital technologies, cybersecurity, and IT services. Each rotation is crafted to deliver meaningful challenges, foster innovation, and deepen critical skills. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">At the conclusion of the program, participants graduate into a landing role within Corning, equipped with strong support systems to drive their success and growth.
