This role will assist senior product managers in managing schedules, coordinating cross-functional communication, and preparing materials to improve execution and responsiveness to customer needs. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring project success by effectively managing resources,time, budget, and people, and by serving as a clear communicator across internal teams, suppliers, and customers. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):</strong></p> <p><strong>Project Strategy & Procurement Alignment:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with RD and engineering teams to support new product development (NPI) and ensure procurement lead times match product development milestones and launch dates.</li> <li>Assess supplier capabilities, scalability, and sustainability, and provide supply chain insights to cross-functional teams to guide supplier selection and risk mitigation during the NPI phase.</li> <li>Maintain a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, key features, and market positioning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Procurement & Vendor Management:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Participate in supplier negotiations and collaborate with related supporting team in Asia to ensuring PO on time delivery.</li> <li>Monitor supplier performance, cost trends, and delivery reliability.</li> <li>Analyze demand forecasts and market trends; provide suppliers with accurate production forecasts and material preparation plans.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Supply Chain Planning & coordinating:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to optimize PCB production planning, ensuring output aligns with PCBA production schedules and overall company targets.</li> <li>Analyze demand forecasts and adjust procurement strategies to meet dynamic business needs and product launch schedules.</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to manage long lead-time and unique materials effectively.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Improvement & Strategic Planning:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, supplier collaboration, and cost efficiency.</li> <li>Implement best practices to optimize resource utilization and cost savings.</li> <li>Support cross-functional teams in forecasting, demand planning, and risk mitigation strategies.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP certification preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or procurement within electronics or server hardware industries.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Basic understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with keen attention to detail.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiations, particularly with suppliers in Asia. Mandarin speaking is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindset.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in ERP applications and Microsoft Office tools such as SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience sourcing rigid, HDI, or multilayer PCBs for high-performance server applications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiarity with server architecture and component-level integration is a plus.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Salary Range</b></H2> </div><div><p>$75,000 - $100,000</p> <p>The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
