J. Keller and assigned clients.</li> <li>Educating clients on regulatory requirements, providing interpretations and best practices. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Service Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identifies program improvement opportunities to meet and improve safety program objectives. </li> <li>Monitors client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements. </li> <li>Analyzes compliance trends and, if applicable, developing formal improvement programs. </li> <li>Maintains confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities. Adheres to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration </strong></p> <ul> <li>Partners with internal teams on complex client inquiries.</li> <li>Assists implementation team with new clients. </li> <li>Maintains expertise pertaining to applicable local, state and federal regulations in order to provide education and clarification to clients.</li> </ul> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>Experience/Education:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of total office experience.</li> <li>1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment desirable.</li> <li>Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred. </li> <li>In lieu of degree or experience, would consider a combination of education and related office experience.</li> <li>Experience with J. J. Keller services desirable.</li> </ul> <p>Other Skills/Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.</li> <li>Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of FMCSR regulations desirable. </li> <li>Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. </li> <li>Ability to apply regulatory knowledge in a variety of situations.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Physical Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p>Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
