J. Keller is hiring a Business Analyst who will directly influence the success of a major enterprise customer. As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance system capabilities, and drive operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, you'll gather and define requirements, support technology implementations, analyze data trends, develop reporting solutions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and business performance. Job Responsibilities Identifies, analyzes and facilitates the implementation of new and enhanced technology to support area of responsibility: Works with business unit to define business needs, project requirements, system specifications, prioritization and deliverables. Coordinates activities and maintains on-going communication with management, technology team, end users, and other stakeholders. Coordinates decisions based on business requirements, system functionality, and best business practices. Participates in system configuration, data conversion, and testing processes. Monitors reporting and automations, addresses incidents, and assumes front-line communication for stakeholders. Leads or participates in communication with customers and stakeholders, and respond timely for issues, status updates, new processes, or developments in progress. Participates in the agile scrums, sprint planning, release planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives at direction of the product owner. Utilizes data analysis tools such as Power Bl to create dashboards, analyze client trends, and uncover meaningful insights. Leverages data to develop actionable insights to drive business results. Understands APIs (technology, structure, mapping, etc.) and designs and documents the most appropriate integration approach to various customer and application use cases. Develops, supports, and maintains product requirements, service flows and other documentation. Actively participates in business process improvement activities to include leading and participating in process improvement events (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) Qualifications Experience 2+ years' experience working with complex software applications. Experience writing requirements for business software applications Experience with report writing/query tools such as SQL, PowerBI, etc. Experience with API technology, structure, data mapping, etc a plus. Process or systems analysis experience. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or Project Management related field. In lieu of the Bachelor's degree, will consider an additional 4 years of directly related experience. Lean, CBAP or PMP certification a plus. Other Requirements Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of the organization and with clients. Strong technical aptitude. Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
