J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to play a key role connecting the sales organization, legal, and customer relationships. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between internal teams and external partners, structuring agreements that advance business objectives while protecting the company’s interests.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position may be filled at either the Contracts Administrator or Sr. Contracts Administrator level, depending on experience and demonstrated capabilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy balancing business strategy with analytical thinking, this role offers strong visibility, influence, and the chance to continuously enhance contracting processes at scale.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Contract Drafting & Redlining</strong></p> <ul> <li>Draft, review, and recommend changes for sales and vendor agreements including master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), order forms, and amendments.</li> <li>Prepare initial contract positions and respond to counterparty redlines in a timely manner.</li> <li>Maintain and continuously improve standard contract templates, playbooks, and fallback positions.</li> <li>Ensure agreements reflect current company policies and approved commercial terms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Negotiation & Deal Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead or support negotiations on commercial terms directly with customers, partners, and vendors.</li> <li>Partner closely with sales representatives to understand deal context, customer priorities, and competitive dynamics.</li> <li>Balance legal risk mitigation with business objectives, escalating non-standard positions appropriately.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Contract Administration & Lifecycle Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain an accurate and up-to-date contract repository.</li> <li>Triage contract requests from internal customers </li> </ul> <p><strong>Issue Resolution & Problem Solving</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify and resolve contract disputes, discrepancies, and ambiguities — both pre- and post-execution.</li> <li>Serve as a resource for interpreting contract terms and advising on obligations, rights, and risks.</li> <li>Facilitate resolution of customer escalations involving contractual disputes or fulfillment disagreements.</li> <li>Identify recurring contractual issues and recommend systemic process improvements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work alongside the Associate General Counsel and other legal team members on ad hoc commercial contracting initiatives.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across the business, delivering clear, pragmatic guidance that enables progress while managing risk.</li> <li>Partner with product, engineering, delivery, and other teams to ensure contractual commitments are realistic, aligned with capabilities, and accurately documented.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Additional Responsibilities for a Sr. Contracts Administrator</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create contracts (not starting with an existing agreement)</li> <li>Review Master Service Agreements</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Education & Experience Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial contract setting, legal operations, or a related role, with a focus on sales or revenue-generating agreements. <ul> <li>May consider an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts independently.</li> <li>Working knowledge of contract law principles and commercial terms (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification, IP ownership, payment terms, termination rights).</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain legal concepts clearly across the business.</li> <li>High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as they apply to commercial agreements is a plus. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Internal J.
