<p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Requisition #: 20753</strong><br><strong>Functional Area:</strong> Distribution; Manufacturing<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Part-Time 2 (40-59.75 hrs/pay period)<br><strong>Work Options:</strong> In Office at Location Specified Above #LI-Onsite<br><strong>Work Hours:</strong> See comments</span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Position Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p>The part-time position is responsible for supporting order fulfillment, product assembly, receiving and shipping processes within Distribution by performing a variety of operational functions.</p> <p> </p> <div> <p><strong>This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. </strong>The schedule includes a mandatory 6-hour shift every Saturday, scheduled within the hours of 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.</p> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> $22/hour</p> <p> </p> <p>Monday through Friday hours are flexible within first shift (6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) and will be arranged based on the associate's availability and business needs.</p> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Rotates between functional duties as required to support Distribution operations.</li> <li>Loads and unloads trucks and prepares stock truck orders for shipment.</li> <li>Transports, stores, and retrieves finished goods and raw materials.</li> <li>Processes customer returns as well as all internally produced and externally sourced materials for induction into the JJK system.</li> <li>Replenishes product flow through racks.</li> <li>Accurately maintains all documentation.</li> <li>Ensures the accuracy of all inventory movements.</li> <li>Performs order fulfillment functions, including picking, packing, and metering sales orders.</li> <li>Completes assembly of standard and custom materials to meet production requirements.</li> <li>Processes material requisitions for internal and external customers.</li> <li>Prepares bills of lading for all outbound truck and pickup shipments as required.</li> <li>Operates required warehouse equipment accordance with established standards.</li> <li>Provides lead staff with timely updates regarding completion of daily workload and operational status.</li> <li>Works safely around all people and equipment, contributing to a safe work environment by operating equipment properly and reporting safety incidents or concerns in accordance with corporate policy.</li> <li>Provides operational support to Manufacturing and other business units as required.</li> <li>Works overtime with minimal notice and adjusts work hours as necessary to accommodate business needs.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of material handling experience.</li> <li>Experience operating lift truck and other material handling equipment.</li> <li>Warehousing experience preferred.</li> <li>Experience working with warehousing software applications preferred.</li> </ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)</li> </ul> <p>Other Skills/Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50-pounds regularly.</li> <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time.</li> <li>Ability to operate lift truck and other material handling equipment.</li> <li>Ability to ride up in an order picker to height of 21 feet.</li> <li>Manual dexterity skills.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Physical Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p>Duties are performed primarily in a warehousing or industrial production setting and may include exposure to high noise levels, material handling equipment, seasonal weather conditions, and various types of industrial machinery.
