This role requires a strong switch product and factory knowledge, excellent communication skills between engineers and factory, and the ability to manage projects effectively. With program management experience is a plus.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. Product Engineer Role – To coordinating production and building networking products.</p> <p>2. Support and manage development stage system assembly and testing. Need to make sure and well know product each angel detail including manufacture process.</p> <p>3. Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team to review product status and quality.</p> <p>4. Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution.</p> <p>5. Control schedule and on time delivery</p> <p>6. Improve system process for better quality and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>7. Come out support document to make sure product successful.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent program management experiences.</p> <p>2. 3-5 years of Product Engineer experience</p> <p>3. 5+ years of hands-on switch product experience is a plus</p> <p>4. Experience in manufacturing process.</p> <p>5. Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members.</p> <p>6. Ability to work with team members and collaborate effectively with people in different groups.</p> <p>7. Effective written and reading skills in both English and Mandarin. </p></div></div></div>
