The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to manage customer relations, driving escalations to positive outcomes.</p> <p>This role will also be responsible for promoting enterprise server management software, working closely with cross functional teams on gathering training requirements, and delivering them.</p> <p> </p> <ol> <li>Collaborate with Sr Product Managers, validate reference architectures, provide technical product SME leadership.</li> <li>Communicate with customers, technical questions/concerns.</li> <li>Work with sales and Solution Architects to visit customers and understand technical requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with the development team to drive end-user stories</li> <li>This position will require some travel; visiting customers on site to manage escalations when required.</li> <li>Affectively manage their work schedules; multi-task against disparate project initiatives, driving successful completion of projects on time</li> <li>Create a comprehensive training manual for cross functional teams and training individuals on Supermicro’s software management platforms.</li> </ol> <p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li style="list-style:none"> <ol> <li>Bachelor or master’s degree in CE/CS/EE or equivalent with at least 5+ years hands-on experience in data center/server related fields is preferred.</li> <li>Prior experience of at least 3 years in project management would be plus</li> <li>Some working knowledge of Redfish, Swordfish </li> <li>Affective communication to manage customer escalations</li> <li>Work with Sales and marketing to develop and maintain a customer / partner product promotion program</li> <li>Work across different HW, FW and SW departments/groups to identify and resolve technical issues</li> <li>Effectively support and grow relations with Enterprise customers utilizing technical presentations</li> <li>Some understanding of day 1 and day 2 Data Center operations</li> <li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to communicate effectively with customers to promote, answer questions, and receive feedback</li> <li>Working knowledge of Container technology (Kubernetes/Docker), ELK, and Elastic search methodologies would be a strong asset</li> <li>Understanding of Angular, JSON and Java would be a plus</li> </ol> </li> </ol></div></div></div>
