<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Req ID: 28703</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>1.Order Planning & Execution</strong></p> <p>Strategically plan and manage orders to ensure timely fulfillment and alignment with business needs.</p> <p><strong>2.Inventory Optimization</strong></p> <p>Maintain optimal inventory levels by minimizing excess and slow-moving stock, while reducing carrying costs.</p> <p><strong>3.Cost Efficiency & Supplier Negotiation</strong></p> <p>Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to achieve rebates and reduce expenses.</p> <p><strong>4.Forecasting & Analysis</strong></p> <p>Analyze demand forecasts to support accurate inventory planning and improve supply chain responsiveness.</p> <p><strong>5.Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <p>Build strong vendor relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement and inventory strategies.</p> <p><strong>6.Issue Resolution & Accuracy</strong></p> <p>Investigate and resolve order or inventory discrepancies, ensuring process accuracy and operational efficiency.</p> <p><strong>7.Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Tasks</strong></p> <p>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline order and inventory processes, while effectively handling project tasks assigned by management.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>1.</strong>Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.</p> <p><strong>2.</strong>Over 5 years of experience in purchasing and planning, particularly in EE/IC components, with a strong background in supply chain management.</p> <p><strong>3.</strong>Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with MRP, ERP, and SAP systems; proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.</p> <p><strong>4.</strong>Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in statistical analysis and effective problem-solving techniques.</p> <p><strong>5.</strong>Skilled in cross-functional teamwork with strong negotiation, and bilingual (English & Chinese) communication abilities.</p> <p><strong>6.</strong>Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure, manage tight timelines, and adapt to changing priorities.</p></div></div></div>
