In this role, you will drive daily execution, track weekly progress, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery of validation milestones. You will leverage strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on project deliverables and task completion.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p>This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Serve as the <strong>primary point of contact</strong> for assigned validation projects</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and maintain project requirements, timelines, and deliverables</li> <li>Evaluate and review product requests for <strong>system compatibility testing eligibility</strong></li> <li>Drive cross-functional communication, ensuring effective task execution and <strong>weekly project status tracking and reporting</strong></li> <li>Partner with engineering and validation teams to develop and maintain the <strong>Qualified Component List (QCL)</strong> throughout product development stages</li> <li>Lead regular meetings with internal database development teams to review and drive usability and feature enhancements</li> <li>Work with internal teams to identify and implement <strong>process improvements</strong> and optimize software tools</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of server products, validation processes, and emerging technologies</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred</li> <li><strong>2+ years</strong> of project management experience</li> <li><strong>1+ year</strong> of experience in the server or computer hardware industry preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>product development and validation lifecycles</strong></li> <li>Understanding of <strong>project management methodologies</strong> (e.g., Agile and/or Waterfall)</li> <li>Strong <strong>interpersonal and communication</strong> skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams</li> <li>Proven <strong>problem-solving</strong> ability with <strong>strong analytical and critical-thinking skills</strong></li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>presentation and spreadsheet tools</strong> (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)</li> <li><strong>Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus</strong></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Salary Range</b></H2> </div><div><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">$75,000 - $100,000</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
