These Hubs allow our larger OEM Customers to have instant access to Seagate products as their demand requires without waiting on delivery time from our Factories.</p></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the role - you will:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"><ul> <li>Day-to-day supervisory assistance to Manager for the team onsite.</li> <li>Assist team when issues are escalated and guide/help to resolution.</li> <li>Provide guidance and subject matter expert on Order Management processes.</li> <li>Stand in for manager in meetings or whenever called upon.</li> <li>Participate and assist in UATs and signoff.</li> <li>Help to work issues as they arise from Account Management, Customers, or other Team<br>members.</li> <li>Ensure accurate translation of POs, with company approved pricing, into Order Entry system<br>within 24 hours Ensure existing backlog are always shippable, and free of any OM related holds.</li> <li>Work with Sales, Account Management and Finance on any other holds that prevent the backlog<br>from being shippable.</li> <li>Trigger ship documentations to Logistics / Traffic in a timely fashion to help expedite shipments</li> <li>Ensure JIT hub customer product pulls are invoiced in a timely fashion</li> <li>Provide accurate responses to queries regarding order status, shipments and backlogs</li> <li>Solve day to day problems independently and raise/report problems to Team Lead / Manager</li> <li>Maintain customer files and correspondences and ensure accurate and clear filing of documents</li> <li>Support and provide documentation for Audit and SOX - Support Customers, Sales and Account</li> <li>Management on all order queries / issues</li> <li>Advocate B2B connections with new customers and assist with customer onboarding</li> <li>Actively monitor and report system issues and relentlessly follow up with IT to resolution</li> <li>Assist Audit / SOX team and manager to ensure team compliance and understanding.</li> </ul></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About you:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"><ul> <li>Adept with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
