We also put important focus on Preventive Maintenance program. We control our KPIV and monitor KPOV to produce good quality products, to upkeep equipment condition and provide a great working environment for everyone.</p></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the role - you will:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"><p> </p> <p>· Support Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering and Manufacturing team for sustaining related tasks</p> <p>· Attend and solve equipment issues related to equipment uptime, product quality. process OCAPs and equipment OCAPs</p> <p>· Check and monitor the equipment KPIV and KPOV, act if encounter any abnormality</p> <p>· Perform equipment evaluation and improvement project assignments by engineers such as equipment, yield and product quality improvement</p> <p>· Ensure productivity achieved target by reducing machine down time and effectively troubleshoot issue at production line</p> <p>· Ensure OEE targets are met by contributing to equipment improvement when required</p> <p>· Adhere to EHS safety SOP and programs</p> <p>· Maintain 5 S housekeeping programs</p></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About you:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"><p> </p> <p>· Preferable Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical, control/automation/PLC Programming). Certificate holders in the relevant Engineering fields with relevant working experience can be considered</p> <p>· Have excellent observational skills to identify any abnormality in equipment condition or failure</p> <p>· Willing to receive and implement continuous proposed improvement activities</p> <p>· Proficiency in the equipment used by employers</p> <p>· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p> <p>· Able to work on shift hours</p></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your experience includes:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"><p> </p> <p>· Working background and hands-on role in Preventive Maintenance Program (PM), Equipment Repair & Maintenance (Production Tool) or equivalent</p> <p>· Advance Knowledge on Pneumatic, Sensors and Electrical parts would be an added advantage</p> <p>· Equipment sustaining and engineering in manufacturing/production</p> <p>· Machine troubleshooting, parameter setting and machine qualification</p> <p>· Basic Statistical tools and data analysis (7QC Tools)</p> <p>· Effective application of Microsoft Office (Excel/Words/Power Point)</p></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Location:</b></H2> </div><div><p><p> </p> <p>Located in Johor Bahru’s technology park, our office is one of the largest electronics component manufacturers in Johor.
