We collaborate with business and machine development teams to harness the full potential of Industry 4.0—real-time control, IoT, Big Data, Analytics, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence—to support the “Smart Factory” initiative and maximize operational excellence.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the role - you will:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Work closely with machine developers and factory teams to acquire and process data from machine sensors and production lines.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and support software solutions for data collection, integration, and analysis in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Build, tune, and deploy machine learning models for real-time and batch analysis of sensor and production data.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiments, validate hypotheses, and communicate findings.</li> <li>Support and maintain existing software and analytics solutions, ensuring high quality and minimal disruption to operations.</li> <li>Document technical designs and provide support for development and operations teams.</li> <li>Apply AI/ML techniques for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and early detection of equipment or process issues.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About you:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Are passionate about applying AI/ML to solve real-world manufacturing problems.</li> <li>Have strong programming skills (Python, C# required; Java or other languages a plus).</li> <li>Demonstrate experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, PyTorch).</li> <li>Are familiar with data acquisition from industrial sensors, IoT devices, or factory automation systems.</li> <li>Are familiar with Gen AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini, and understand how to leverage these technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Have hands-on experience with data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.</li> <li>Are comfortable with Unix/Linux environments and version control (Git).</li> <li>Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> <li>Are self-motivated, independent, and effective in cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your experience includes:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>[Preferred] Experience with anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, or root cause analysis in manufacturing.</li> <li>[Preferred] Experience with big data platforms and real-time data processing.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Location:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Korat, Thailand</strong></p> <p>Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
