ResponsibilitiesAnalyze operations and offer suggestions for improvementConfigure and maintain network-based AV systems Inspect inventory and reorder materials and technical componentsSupport troubleshooting during live events or critical operationsMaintain records and assist to complete request from guest with system provide by the management Coordinate with vendors, and operational teams Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.Solid understanding of AV signal flow, system integration, and troubleshootingStrong technical skills in Audio Visual systems Familiar with network devices such as managed switches, routers, and access points Good knowledge of IT fundamentals, especially IP networking, experience with AV over IP systems Has strong follow-up skills, great sense or urgency to prioritize work and perform well under pressure.Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors, and operational teams Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environmentBachelor Degree in Engineering or other relevant fields
