Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming faxed ordersReview orders for completeness and accuracy Verify patient insurance eligibility Create and enter orders into internal systems Enter new patient information accurately and efficiently Support billing processes related to order fulfillment Upload, save, and manage patient documents and imagesMaintain organized and up-to-date patient records Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare documentation standards Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a US Healthcare AccountExcellent verbal and written English skillsMust be keen to detailsWith MS Office proficiencyWilling to work onsite in MakatiAmenable working night shiftBenefits
