Account specific roles & responsibilities:
Review and process online insurance-related queries in a timely manner Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility through payer portals Print and document eligibility details from insurance portals Contact insurance companies to confirm coverage accuracy and appropriateness Obtain proof of eligibility and reference or confirmation numbers Ensure all verified information is accurately updated in internal systems Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulationsRequirements
6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare accountGood working knowledge with medical billingFamiliar with US Healthcare Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid)Excellent verbal & written English skills Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns Strong problem-solving skills Adaptability to a changing work environment Ability to remain calm under pressure Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift
