Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a TikTok Creator Manager/Coach (Creator Growth & Virality) who can deeply learn and execute their proprietary creator growth method and deliver high-impact, actionable feedback that helps creators improve performance, retention, and virality on TikTok.
This is not a motivational or surface-level coaching role. You will be responsible for breaking down creator content at a granular level, identifying what’s working, what’s not, and exactly how to fix it—using clear frameworks, consumer psychology, and TikTok-native best practices.
You will primarily support beginner to intermediate creators, helping them become confident, self-sufficient, and results-driven on the platform.
TikTok Shop experience is always preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver highly detailed Loom feedback videos using the client’s proprietary feedback structure Analyze creator videos for: Hooks, pacing, framing, and retention On-screen presence and delivery Messaging clarity and audience alignment Viral mechanics and pattern recognition Translate TikTok trends and platform behavior into clear, repeatable actions Provide constructive, specific, and honest feedback that leads to measurable improvement Apply consumer psychology principles to help creators: Capture attention quickly Maintain viewer engagement Drive behavior (watch time, follows, clicks, purchases) Maintain consistent communication with creators in clear, fluent English Track creator progress and adjust feedback based on performance over time Stay up to date on TikTok platform changes, formats, and emerging content styles
Requirements
Deep, hands-on understanding of TikTok as a platform (not theoretical) Proven experience driving virality, growth, or strong performance on TikTok Strong grasp of consumer psychology, attention economics, and storytelling Ability to break complex concepts into simple, practical guidance Comfortable recording frequent Loom videos and explaining concepts on camera Fluent in spoken and written English High attention to detail and strong pattern-recognition skills Ability to share tangible, measurable results from past work, such as organic views generated, attributed GMV, revenue influenced, or similar performance-based outcomes
Preferred Experience
Prior experience coaching, auditing, or reviewing TikTok or short-form content Experience working with beginner creators or non-technical audiences Background in UGC, creator education, social commerce, or content strategy Familiarity with performance metrics such as watch time, retention, and CTR
