About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the growth and optimization of a flagship e-commerce store. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing core e-commerce functions, analyzing the purchase funnel, running A/B tests, and collaborating closely with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap Support
Support the Product Management team in defining the overall e-commerce product strategy and roadmap Ensure initiatives align with delivering strong value to customers and internal stakeholders
Conversion & Experience Optimization
Analyze the purchase funnel to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement Conduct A/B tests and performance analysis to drive conversion rate improvements Implement site search optimization strategies to improve product discoverability Monitor site traffic and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
Marketing & Merchandising Collaboration
Partner with Marketing and Site Merchandising teams to optimize product placement and presentation Support ongoing promotional strategies to enhance performance Collaborate with the Marketing Content team to develop custom content components that strengthen product storytelling and brand messaging Ensure visual consistency and accuracy of promotions and product listings
Execution & Cross-Functional Work
Write detailed product tickets and requirements for engineering teams Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution Support asset development to improve overall user experience
Requirements
What You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or product management Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data Ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Familiarity with search tools like Algolia Exposure to headless content management systems
