The role focuses on leading development of proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), interview materials, and other client-facing deliverables, while collaborating with leadership and technical in the engineering or construction industry – Required</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Experience managing end-to-end pursuit processes, including capture planning, proposal development, and interview coordination – Preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Experience with municipal or infrastructure pursuits, such as water and wastewater projects – Preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Experience with collaborative delivery methods, including CMAR, Design-Build, or Progressive Design-Build – Preferred</span></li> <li><span
