We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Senior Leadership Hiring) to join our Talent Acquisition team at Pleo. In this role, you’ll lead searches for senior hires across the company, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our leadership teams. You’ll be someone who earns the trust of C-level and senior stakeholders, delivers an exceptional and thoughtful candidate experience, and brings a blend of strategic insight, diligence, and curiosity to every search.

What you’ll be doingAs a Talent Acquisition Partner specialising in Senior Leadership hiring, you will:
Lead end-to-end senior search processes across the company - this includes all business areas; Offering (Tech & Product), GTM, Enablement and Pleo Embedded
Partner deeply with People Partners and senior leadership to shape hiring strategies and define role requirements
Build balanced, high-quality leadership pipelines from scratch - leveraging market mapping, research, data, and personalised outreach to engage exceptional senior talent
Deliver an outstanding, high-touch candidate experience - from first conversations through to closing and onboarding, ensuring every interaction reflects our values
Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices, helping stakeholders make informed, bias-aware decisions throughout the process
Use data, insight, and market intelligence to guide decisions, influence stakeholders, and ensure alignment between talent strategy and business needs
Shape the future of senior leader hiring at Pleo - contributing to scalable processes, best practices, and long-term talent strategies that support our growth
What you bringYou’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Extensive experience in leadership hiring across Europe - particularly for Lead, Director and VP level roles
Exceptional sourcing and research capabilities, with the ability to engage senior passive talent through thoughtful, high-impact outreach
Strong business acumen and curiosity for how leadership, strategy, and organisational design come together to drive company success
Experience managing multiple senior searches at once, balancing complexity, confidentiality, and shifting priorities with ease
Experience working in scaling environments, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or product-led companies
A data-informed approach to senior leader hiring - you thrive using insights, pipelines, and dashboards to guide decisions and build trust with stakeholders
Outstanding communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders
A belief in long-term, relationship-driven hiring - you focus on quality, values alignment, and leadership impact, not just filling roles
Fluency with tools like Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and Google Sheets would be preferable
Who you’ll be working with and reporting toYou’ll report to our Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with Senior Leaders, Executives and People Partners. You’ll be part of a tight-knit Talent Acquisition team that genuinely enjoys working together and believes in raising the bar with every hire.
How you’ll develop in this roleIn your first 6 months at Pleo, you’ll:
Lead multiple leadership searches, from end to end
Co-create hiring strategies with stakeholders
Contribute to improving processes and leadership hiring playbooks
Shape how we hire for quality
Contribute to or lead TA related projects
