KGaA</strong>, we are looking for a dedicated <strong>Team Lead Seed Preparation (m/f/d).</strong> In this role, you will take responsibility for a strong team and help shape the future of seed logistics together with us – close to practice, close to people. Then we look forward to receiving your application!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Tasks – Challenge Meets Responsibility:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Together with your team of approximately 20 employees, you ensure high quality in the equipment and sowing preparation processes of our seeds across various crop types</li> <li>In addition to the disciplinary leadership of your team, you support them in day-to-day operations with your expertise and experience in the above-mentioned areas</li> <li>You provide your team with the necessary resources (staff, machinery, materials)</li> <li>With flat hierarchies, technical know-how, and a strong spirit of innovation, you encourage your team to continuously improve processes and tools. In doing so, you work closely with stakeholders from R&D and the Business Unit</li> <li>You collaborate closely with the leadership team of the Elite Seed Warehouse to act as one leadership unit, allocate resources optimally, and leverage synergies</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile – Competence Meets Personality:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have completed vocational training with an additional master craftsman qualification or hold a degree in one of the following fields: business administration, agriculture, mechanical engineering, or a comparable subject</li> <li>You have several years of professional experience in an industrial company, ideally in logistics or a "blue collar" environment. If you’ve already gained some leadership experience – even better!</li> <li>You possess sound knowledge of business-related topics and are familiar with common Microsoft Office programs</li> <li>You see your main responsibility in supporting your team and creating an environment in which everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow</li> <li>You are passionate about technology and see it as the key to continuous improvement</li> <li>You feel confident making clear decisions and always communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully; you’re not afraid of conflict and handle mistakes with transparency</li> <li>You are business fluent in German and have fluent English skills</li> <li>You are willing to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally (approx. 10%)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Start your future with us!
