Then we might have something for you - join KWS Berlin GmbH as a Working Student (m/f/d) in Accounts Payable with Chinese . This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) . We offer a fixed-term contract of twelve months and 20hrs/week which could be increased to 38hrs/week during term break (confirmed by university) Your responsibilities: Support core accounts payable processes, including invoice processing Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Business Units and Procurement teams Assist with ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day administrative activities within the team Contribute to projects focused on automation, process optimization, and digitalization Your profile: Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with at least two semesters of studies left Strong interest in finance and accounting Nice to have: first user experience with SAP organized and meticulous working style paired with proactivity Flexible and adaptive to new tasks and challenges and outcome-orientated and willing to learn Team player with great communication skills Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
