<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">About Us</H2> </div><div><p>Soon, we will be celebrating <strong>10 years of making HR smarter with SuccessFactors! </strong>With extensive experience in the Czech Republic and abroad, we’re looking for a new <strong>senior colleague to join our Consulting Department.</strong> Come be part of our journey, tackle exciting challenges, and help shape the future of HR solutions with us!</p> <p><br><span style=""><strong>Responsibilities and Duties </strong></span><strong> </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You will be implementing SuccessFactors solution according to the requirements of our customers, which means you will be: <ul> <li>leading and participating in process and technical design workshops with the customers, </li> <li>leading your team of junior consultants, </li> <li>configure and test the system, </li> <li>train and support the customers in usage of their new system. </li> </ul> </li> <li>You will be supporting existing customers (system adjustments and continuous development, issue solving, other process or technical questions). </li> <li>You will be closely cooperating with other departments e.g. in development of our own products (R&D), presentations for potential customers (Pre-sales), and support of existing customers (Support). </li> <li>Together with other colleagues you will be continuously inventing not only technical and process solutions we offer to our customers, but also all the other aspects of our work. </li> <li>You will be supporting your junior colleagues and helping them on their way to senior consultant role. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Qualification</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Valid certification in at least one SF module.</li> <li>Experience with SuccessFactors or other HR systems.</li> <li>Knowledge of HR processes, practices, and legal context; deeper HR area knowledge is a plus.</li> <li>Strong communication with colleagues, partners, and customers.</li> <li>Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak.</li> <li>Advanced technical skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge.</li> <li>Project management experience.</li> <li>Able to work independently and in teams.</li> <li>Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Stress resistance in intense project phases.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">What you can expect</H2> </div><div><div> <ul> <li>Lots of learning</li> <li>Development through internal or external training</li> <li>Honest, transparent approach</li> <li>Working from home is standard (Dejvice office is a bonus)</li> <li>Rewards for patience (annual bonus, benefits, company computer and iPhone, above-standard SW equipment)</li> </ul> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Interested?</strong><br>Send us something about yourself.</div></div></div></div>
