Alongside consulting and process design, we implement SAP SuccessFactors and build our own applications tailored to customer needs.</p> <p>We’ve delivered projects for clients across the Czech Republic and internationally, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a QA Engineer to help us keep our products reliable, stable, and ready for real-world use.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><p>Qualifications you need: </p> <ul> <li>2–4+ years of experience in software testing (manual, ideally with overlap to automation)</li> <li>Solid experience with end-to-end, regression, and integration testing</li> <li>Ability to design test scenarios based on real business flows and edge cases</li> <li>Experience investigating issues across FE, BE, and external integrations</li> <li>Strong understanding of system behavior and ability to identify weak points</li> <li>Experience with bug tracking tools and writing clear, actionable bug reports</li> <li>Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA best practices</li> <li>Fluent Czech or Slovak and English at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p id="isPasted">Beneficial is: </p> <ul> <li>Experience with test automation (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)</li> <li>Basic knowledge of APIs and tools like Postman</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Basic SQL or data validation experience</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What you can expect</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Ownership of testing for end-to-end features, including UI and backend behavior</li> <li>Designing and maintaining regression test coverage to ensure product stability</li> <li>Identifying risks, recurring issues, and areas for improvement in the system</li> <li>Close collaboration with developers, Delivery Lead, Product Owner, and QA peers</li> <li>Active involvement in refining requirements, especially edge cases and unclear scenarios</li> <li>Opportunity to influence QA processes and contribute to quality standards</li> <li>Participation in release readiness and quality assurance decisions</li> </ul></div></div></div>
