About this role
<p><strong>Your job:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Development of electronic hardware design for electric automation systems in collaboration with other project members (mechanic engineers, firmware developers, etc.);</li> <li>Development of analog and digital hardware circuits from design phase to production release;</li> <li>Layout supervision from first scratch to series production considering EMC conform design;</li> <li>Debugging and testing with a hands-on mentality;</li> <li>Product care of existing product portfolio to ensure long term availability, competitive production cost, quality and producibility;</li> <li>Continuous monitoring of developments and trends in the semiconductor market;</li> <li>Development, build-up and setup of prototypes as well as coordination and execution of functional tests;</li> <li>Active collaboration in comprehensive committees along the development process (project teams, FMEA, etc.).<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Competencies and Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communications or similar field;</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge in German language will be considered as an strong advantage;</li> <li>Very good command of MS Office;</li> <li>Experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage.<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Professional Competencies and Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven practical experience in Electronic design at least 3 years;</li> <li>Introduction of serial production/mass realised for develop product will be considered as a serious advantage;</li> <li>Knowledge of common industrial Ethernet interfaces would be beneficial;</li> <li>Good knowledge in microcontroller system and analog electronics;</li> <li>Experience with Cadence Allegro or similar tools will be considered as a strong advantage.<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal Competencies and Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Capable of making fast decisions and taking the responsibility for the results in dynamic environment;</li> <li>Team player, able to work in a multicultural working environment;</li> <li>Oriented towards goals achieving and results;</li> <li>Thinking out of the box, creativity and continuous improvement attitude.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>In case your professional qualification corresponds to the above requirements and you wish to join our growing team, please send us your CV and a cover letter.</p> <p>Reference code: 14915</p> <p>IPE Level: F3-II </p> <p>Country: Bulgaria (BG) </p> <p>City: Sofia, Festo Production - TEC </p> <p>Company: Festo Production EOOD </p> <p>Hiring Manager: Biser Doychinov</p> <p>Department: PF-OCCE - Development EA RIO, PF-OCCE</p> <p>HR contact person: Aleksandar Antonov Angelov, +359(2)4631-352 </p>
